A kitchen made from an oak-tree, sought for, discovered and worked.
A search which start in Italy, going on to the rest of Europe and the world until a marvellous specimen is found: a perfect outcome is the result of manufacturing techniques of up to three months, with the treatment of wood at very high temperatures and humidity ranging from 8% to 2%. After this treatment, what endures (almost 50% of the material is no longer usable) is so strong and hardened as to acquire a truly extraordinary resistance. The challenge is making solid wood doors that are not affected by environmental conditions and do not undergo structural changes over time. The kitchen is completely made of solid wood with full doors: 30 mm carved internally to add a 6 mm core in steel, available in gloss, satin and black finishes.
