Warm and cosy at the same time.
The project is designed with an aluminium alveolar double panel structure with counter panelling in 10 mm solid wood, finished with mosaic or porcelain stoneware and matt or polished French-polishing.
The wood originates from three Lebanon cedars which release an exceptional scent. It is sawn and manufactured in a seamless pattern, it is pantograph processed so every line making up the structure is different from the others. The kitchen’s beauty is mainly determined by the visibility of the material, which is never hidden: the cantilever holes leave the three cedar layers and the nodes visible. Internal equipment is in oak with glass and aluminium bottom and servo drive opening.
To demonstrate the progresses made and technology used in processing the solid wood and also show its resistance, the kitchen has been placed in a very humid environment: the type of processing prevents wood from altering.
